Shipping

Nugu Kiwizz ships to all addresses in New Zealand via Zappy, our shipping platform, using carriers such as NZ Post, Post Haste, and CourierPost.

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
• Orders over $125 NZD qualify for free shipping
• Rural delivery may incur additional charges and longer delivery times
• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email
• We are not responsible for delays caused by our shipping carriers or customs

International Shipping:

We currently only ship within New Zealand.

Pre-Order Shipping

• Pre-orders are sourced from Korea and forwarded to New Zealand
• We aim to ship as close to the official release date as possible
• If multiple albums are released in the same month, all items will be consolidated and shipped together at the end of that month
• International shipping times from Korea vary and are outside our control
• Pre-order cutoff dates apply — please check individual product listings for details

Estimated Delivery Times

Once dispatched within New Zealand:

• Standard: 2-5 business days
• Rural: 3-7 business days

Lost or Damaged Packages.

In the unlikely event that your package is lost or damaged in transit:

• For lost packages, you must notify us within 7 days of your expected delivery date
• For damaged packages, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
• For no signature deliveries, there is no guarantee we may be able to cover and damages
• Please retain all original packaging, as it may be required for assessment
• We will investigate with our shipping carrier on your behalf and keep you updated throughout the process
• If your package cannot be located, a claim will be submitted on your behalf
• We require full unboxing videos as proof of damage to qualify for a refund or replacement

Payment Instructions

All payments are processed automatically and securely at checkout. You will be directed to your chosen payment provider to complete your transaction. No manual payment steps are required. Nugu Kiwizz does not store your payment information.
