Orders

• All orders are subject to availability and confirmation
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion
• Pre-orders are charged at the time of purchase and are subject to supplier availability
• Pre-order estimated arrival dates are approximate and may change due to supplier delays or release schedule changes

Pre-Orders

• We aim to deliver pre-orders as close to the official release date as possible
• If multiple albums are released within the same month, all items will be shipped together at the end of that month.
• We are not liable for delays caused by suppliers, shipping carriers, or customs
• In the rare event that our supplier is unable to fulfil a pre-order item, we will notify you as soon as possible and issue a full refund. Please note that refunds will be processed for the amount received after payment processing fees, as these charges are non-recoverable on our end

Pricing

• All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST
• We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without notice

Payment:

We accept Stripe, PayPal, and Afterpay. Payment is processed securely through these providers. Nugu Kiwizz does not store your payment details.

Liability

Nugu Kiwizz is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by third-party suppliers, shipping carriers, or customs. Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.

Modifications We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Minor changes, such as wording or clarifications, will be updated without notice. For significant changes such as pricing policy, returns, or payment terms, we will make reasonable efforts to notify customers via email or our social media channels.
